With Dataserve you are sure of getting quality. Our systems comply with the quality assurance requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

In addition to rigorous internal reviews, we have chosen to subject our work to regular independent external surveillance by, for example, Energy & Environmental Accredited Quality Assessment. This inspection, along with other external examination, is undertaken to assure our customers of the quality of our services.

Reviewed and certified

Dataserve's systems and processes are reviewed annually in accordance with the Meter Operator Code of Practice Agreement. We are certified for Meter Operator AND Data Collection Services, Debt Advisory and Revenue Protection Services (Investigation & Action and Theft of Electricity and Gas), and Refurbishment, Testing and Certification of Meters, compliant with the demands of the Electricity Act 1989.
